What time zones and hours do you cover?
Your dedicated VA works your core hours, and we can add an after-hours and overnight rota so guests get a real human response 24/7 — including across the time zones your properties sit in. We map coverage to where your doors and your guests actually are.
How long until a VA is fully ramped?
Roughly two weeks to a full embed. Week one is shadowing and SOP capture inside your tools; by week two your VA is handling live guest, calendar and turnover work with QA checks. We document everything as we go, so the knowledge stays with your operation.
How do you handle data security and access control?
Your VA works inside your systems with least-privilege, role-based access that you grant and can revoke at any time. We use your password manager, enforce 2FA, sign confidentiality terms, and never store guest or owner data outside your tools.
What are the contract terms and how do I cancel?
Every plan is month-to-month with a simple 30-day notice. No long lock-ins. If you scale down or pause, you give 30 days and we hand back fully documented SOPs so your operation keeps running.
