Overview
These terms govern your use of vad.llc and the information presented on it. Service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
Use of the site
You may browse and share this site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that degrade the experience for others.
Pricing and figures
Prices, plans and proof metrics shown on this site are illustrative and editable, and represent typical or target outcomes — not guarantees. Your actual scope, pricing and results are confirmed in your free ops audit and written agreement.
Engagements and cancellation
Service plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel, unless your written agreement states otherwise. Either party may end an engagement under the terms of that agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat your operational data, owner information and SOPs as confidential, and limit access to what's required to run your operation. Access is revocable by you at any time.
Intellectual property
The VAD name, brand and site content are owned by us. SOPs we document while embedded in your operation remain yours.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
