40–60% of an in-house hire — without the overhead
A local ops coordinator costs salary plus benefits, taxes, software seats, PTO cover and weeks of recruiting and training. A dedicated VAD assistant replaces that line item at a fraction of the loaded cost, ramps in ~2 weeks, and leaves documented SOPs in your operation.
Figures are typical targets, not guarantees. Your free ops audit sets the real baseline for your portfolio.
Marketing services
A standalone service to grow the portfolio — owner acquisition and lead-gen, a direct-booking website, listing optimization & STR SEO, and social content. Runs on its own or alongside your VA. Win more doors while your VA runs the ones you already manage.
Before you ask
What "from" pricing means, setup fees, switching plans, and how the contract works.
How long until a VA is fully ramped?
Roughly two weeks to a full embed. Week one is shadowing and SOP capture inside your tools; by week two your VA is handling live guest, calendar and turnover work with QA checks. We document everything as we go, so the knowledge stays with your operation.
What are the contract terms and how do I cancel?
Every plan is month-to-month with a simple 30-day notice. No long lock-ins. If you scale down or pause, you give 30 days and we hand back fully documented SOPs so your operation keeps running.
What does "from" pricing actually include?
Each starting price reflects a typical embed at that tier — one dedicated VA at the listed hours, trained on your PMS. Your final number is set after the free ops audit and depends on your channel mix, coverage hours and how many tools your VA needs to run. No surprise line items.
Are there setup fees, and can I change plans later?
No setup fee — the ~2-week ramp is included. Plans are month-to-month, so you can move from part-time (Launch) to full-time (Scale) whenever you're ready. Scale down with the same 30-day notice and we hand back documented SOPs.
