Who we are

VAD ("we", "us") provides dedicated, STR-trained virtual assistants and marketing services to short-term-rental property managers. This policy explains what we collect when you visit vad.llc or request a free ops audit, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you book an ops audit or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, company, work email, portfolio size (number of doors), the tools you run, and any message you send.

We collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (such as pages viewed and approximate region) to improve the experience. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To respond to your request, run your free ops audit, and propose a fit. To operate, secure and improve the site. To send service-related communication you've asked for. We use your information only for these purposes.

Tools and access control

If you become a client, any access we're granted to your operational tools (PMS, channels, pricing, turnover software) is scoped to the minimum required, logged, and revocable by you at any time. We never use client data for any purpose beyond running your operation.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and hosting), under agreements that require them to protect it. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've given us at any time by emailing info@vad.llc. We'll respond promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
